At RevoPlay, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:

Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real time.

Damages and Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately.
We’ll investigate with the carrier and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, RevoPlay will not be held responsible.
Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 90 days for unopened items and 30 days for opened items from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase included.

Items sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
